Well I did it though it may sound silly.
While residing in Europe I decided to knit a pair of WARM SOCKS and a SCARF for my (that time) Jamaican fiancé. My colleague did a lot of joke about it and had a hard time not laughing and bring it up always we talked about my relationship.
Before I moved to Jamaica my fiancé said: “Make sure you will bring all the stuff you did for me”.
And I did.
I remember when he touched and tried the socks and the scarf for first time. He loved them and after he got a new job where the AC was set for very cool he started to carry his scarf to his work and appreciated it a lot.
He didn’t wear yet the socks but… we never know when we will find a need for something what seemed to be a silly thing.
Blessed and beautiful weekend!

Never would have thought that you’d need a scarf in Jamaica 🙂 Do you live there now? My first husband was from the Caribbean, so I know my way around the islands….
Well it is maybe more rare to wear a scarf here but though… Yes I live in Jamaica and people here like fancy stuff and a lot of men wear knitted hats, it is a lifestyle. ☺
I wish I could knit, but I love to crochet….
both hand works are very nice ☺ like it as well
These are lovely… Beautifully done. You’re very talented ☺️
Thanks again Deanne! ☺ 🌹
You’re very welcome 🍃🍂🍁🌾🌻
