In response to Jennifer’ s Color your world challenge with the 33th color – Eggplant.
The Color your World challenge will run January through April, for 120 days, with a new Crayola color topic posting each day so it will be somewhat challenging but a great fun as well.

I have always thought of it as plum, but whatever it is called I love using it as an accent. The color of my house is a French provincial blue and the front door is eggplant. That frightens my neighbors a bit, but I love it.
A plum would be a great example for this color ☺ I think I never saw an eggplant colored door, can be interesting ☺
