Photography 101, Day Eleven: Pop

In response to the Photo 101 – Blogging University for the day eleven – Pop (Accent Colors)

Abrus precatorius

Abrus precatorius – Crab’s eye, rosary pea, John Crow Bead, Indian licorice, Akar Saga

The seeds are used as nature beads in jewelry, but jewelry-making with these seeds is to some extend hazardous because the seeds are poisonous.

If I would be a ladybug,
I would fly far away,
but I didn’t get wings
to live this my dream,
so I am waiting to be pierced
and turned to a beautiful jewelry.

  2. Perfect photo of the word “PoP” of color – on so many levels. I love it.
