Poems for flowers #13

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

at the river

Mirror, mirror tell me please…

No, I don’t need to know the answer,

I don’t want to compete.

Here at the river the life is quiet

and the bugs are my company.

Plenty of bees brushing my pollen,

drinking from my tiny cups,

as long as I am not alone here

the answer is not important.

  1. Oh it’s beautiful!! As long as you are not alone… The answer doesn’t matter!

  2. my sentiments exactly, competition is for those who are unsure of their own beauty! those who are truly beautiful don’t bother about others- their dresses or their lifestyles 🙂

  3. Pictured the poem in my mind while reading it ! 🙂
