MINIATURE WRITING CHALLENGE #16

In response to the Miniature writing challenge with the

Short Story Prompt:

They went to the movie  theater every week, but today something was different…

—–

They could only see the actors backs and though they didn’t see their faces, the characters and the voices, the scene and the expressions were very familiar. No they have never watched this play before but though… it was so familiar.

It was like the director had withdrawn their memories, their past, present and maybe their future. This play was so familiar and true. And as they plunged deeper and deeper into the story they realized they are playing their life, they are the actors and the audience is the TIME.

(Short story, 91 words)

Here is my short poem

Where you will end up

A brain is an interesting place
where the roads and streets
leading to the memories.
The trip is not always nice
but it’s up to you where you will end up.

here is my short poem

Reaching the door bell

I felt the touch of his sight,

cold and piercing night,

bloody fangs, bitter saliva.

You are not home… I will die.
