The word is life, healing and health to all who find them. (see Proverbs 4:20-22)
If you have an one hour of your time give it to God. We can do a lot of things while an one hour – work, do shopping, talk, argue, play with a child, hold the hand of our dying parent or grandparent, to bring a baby to this world, study, make love… we also can give an one hour to our Lord, give Him thank for everything He does for us and listen to His words which can fill our hearts, souls and strenghten us.
