Letters from my beloved fiance
While in my long distance relationship with my beloved fiance there was a period when in this modern and electronical world our only possibility to stay in touch were post letters. It was difficult after being use to talking to each other everyday and seeing each other by video chats. We felt empty and we received the letters very irregularly.
There is a lot of circumstances in our lives we can call “A BLISS” but at that time every one letter I received was the greatest gift and the knowledge that my beloved is alright was such a blessing to me.
There’s something so lovely about handwritten mail or hand-wrapped packages. I’m a big lover of technology and the Internet but I love handwritten things so much that I do all my creative writing in pencil in a notebook and I made it my goal this year to send at least twelve letters / packages by snail mail to my friends. I’ve been pretty successful so far! 🙂
