In response to Sylvain’s challenge with Cook theme
my personal cook ❤
Ackee and salt fish with yam and dumplings – Traditional Jamaican dish
Callaloo patty – Traditional Jamaican callaloo patty – my first try for my beloved husband turned out well, the only problem was I didn’t bake more (I baked also beef patty and our friends already bought more beef so I will be busy ☺)
Crumbled eggs – my husband could eat it every day
Baked donuts with guava jelly – these donuts are healthier, I loved the idea that I don’t need to fry them in oil. I mixed the white flour wit the whole wheat flour and they were nice soft.
Steamed dumplings filled with jelly sprinkled with cocoa powder and cinnamon – Traditional Slovak sweet dish
Oat cookies with cinnamon and raisins – we like healthy snacks and these easy cookies always “disappear” so quickly

Everything looks delicious. You should post recipes. I would be interested in seeing a recipe for the callaloo.
Thanks for comment and I will maybe post some recipes. Thanks for your advice. The callaloo (or beef, chicken) patty is very nice, the pastry is easy. We est callaloo stew also for breakfast with bread – we call it callallo sandwich ☺
Great! We ate cornish beef pasties in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan last summer. They look like the callaloo. Their filling is beef, potatoes, onions, peas, carrots and rutabaga.
Sounds interesting ☺ Thanks for sharing!
Yummy, Majka. I am coming to have mine.
Which one you prefer? ☺
The Jamaican beef pie will do. I love it.
