The next sculpture from the Sculpture Park at UTECH in Kingston, Jamaica depicts two students, who are focusing on their studies surrounded by books and quiet environment. I didn’t find the author and the title, because the plate was removed.

I am glad to introduce you the next masterpiece by Laura Facey. This sculpture was made for the Health & Applied Science Faculty. The two subject – human and compass (divider) speak aloud about the untold title.
COLOR YOUR WORLD – WILD BLUE YONDER
In response to Jennifer’ s Color your world challenge with the 114th color – Wild Blue Yonder.
The Color your World challenge will run January through April, for 120 days, with a new Crayola color topic posting each day so it will be somewhat challenging but a great fun as well.

Sculpture Park – University of Technology, Kingston, Jamaica – Part #5
Here is the next of the sculptures at the Sculpture park at University of Technology, Kingston, Jamaica. The sculpture is made by cement and marble chips and is 5 feet high.
The title of the sculpture is Earth to Earth and the author is Laura Facey, Jamaican sculptor who was trained at The Jamaica School of Art. More of her projects and successes here. Laura is also the author of the Redemption song statue, which is the most popular statue in New Kingston, Jamaica. The statue is situated in front of the Emancipation park.
